  Securely pack the unused gear in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to the product.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any existing labels.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund or exchange.
